Are your shower heads easy to install? I’m not exactly a plumber.

Yes, all of our shower heads are very easy to install. The instructions are simple, and of course, if you do have any questions we are only a phone call away. A plumber is not required.

Do your shower heads come with a warranty?

All shower heads, with the exception of the hose and bracket on the Hand Held models, have a one year warranty against any manufacturing defects. The hose and bracket on the Hand Held models have a six month warranty. All accessory items have a one year warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by installation, abuse, hard water, sediment and/or mineral deposits in the water. We will either repair or replace an item covered under warranty after the original item is returned to us. All shipping costs for items covered under warranty are the responsibility of the customer.

I need a new shower head tomorrow. Do you ship overnight?

Yes we do. Overnight orders must be placed by phone. Just give us a call and we will gladly arrange it for you.

I do not need my order tomorrow, but I would like to get it in a few days. Do you offer any shipping options for this?

We do offer Priority Mail, 2-4 business day delivery. You can easily select this option during checkout.

We have well water and have tried numerous shower heads over the years and none of them have helped us get a better shower. Why should I try yours?

There are no specific numbers or ratings for this, so let’s keep it simple: if you are unhappy with your current shower and wished it were stronger, more powerful & more invigorating then in fact you have low water pressure. If it takes you forever to rinse the shampoo & conditioner out of your hair then in fact you have low water pressure. Low water pressure is not a number, it is a desire to get a better shower.

We will gladly do that. We offer “Bill To-Ship To” and can include a special note. When ordering just fill out the Special Instructions box and indicate what you would like to say.

Yes, we ship world-wide. Customers is Canada can order directly from our web site. Customers in all other countries should email us for a shipping quote. We will need to know your exact address, the specific product or products that you want, the desired finish and the quantity. Once we have this information we can provide an immediate shipping quote. You can then place your order via phone or email.
