In some instances our testing & inspection procedures will involve running the items with water. Although we do our very best to eliminate the water and thoroughly dry the item(s) you may still notice some water and/or moisture in the item and/or packaging. Be assured, this is perfectly normal and part of our rigorous quality control. Return Policy: sale items may be returned for a full refund within 10 days of receipt.
