Warranty
All shower heads, with the exception of the hose and bracket on the Hand Held models, have a one year warranty against any manufacturing defects. The hose and bracket on the Hand Held models have a six month warranty. All accessory items have a one year warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by installation, abuse, hard water, sediment and/or mineral deposits in the water. We will either repair or replace an item covered under warranty after the original item is returned to us. All shipping costs for items covered under warranty are the responsibility of the customer.Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive the product to return it for a prompt refund. No questions asked. No jumping through hoops. No nonsense.
